Shipping Policy

We charge the actual shipping cost to our customer with no handling fee but required you to provide your postal code for rate calculation.

Some order may qualify for free shipping if a minimum amount is spent. You can always choose expedited option at if desired at your expense.

All shipments are done with tracking number except if you choose letter-mail $4.00 flat rate shipping option for single t-shirt order.

Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 3-4 business days after shipping from a fulfillment center. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.

Depending on the time of the year, you will have the option to upgrade the shipping method of your order for faster delivery with our Express Shipping service. If you choose to upgrade to Express Shipping, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 PM (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product but only to get a different size, send us an email at to know the procedure to follow.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you receive a damaged product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will then exchange or refund depending on the case and we will cover the cost of shipping it back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
